" Support Project की आत्मकथा "

चौबीस घंटे सातों दिन,  चलता रहता  ये  Project |
अच्छे अच्छे इसके  Interview  में हो जाते  Reject  ||
Do you know Unix and Java, Do you know Spring??
क्यों कि ये Project है very Crunch and Challenging ||

Neither any understanding nor any clarity |
फिर भी "We are looking this issue on highest priority" ||
"Any Update" का  Mail देख दिमाग हो जाता Roasted  |
"We are analyzing issue and will keep you posted"  ||

हर  Shift  में रोजाना आती एक ऐसी  Mail  |
Application got stuck due to off instance fail  ||
फिर शुरू होता Escallation, CC में होते  PM  |
हम लिखते हैं, "DEV is Running out of VM" ||

ना देखा कभी Eclipse, ना देखा कोई Code |
करते रहे हम Servers को In The Maintenance Mode ||
न काम आती कोई किताब, ना काम आता Google  |
जब Profile अटक  जाती  है On Lead Approval ||
Status Call  में चिल्लाने का PM को है कीड़ा
कहता है "I handle this issue ,You update in  Jira"

Team coma  में आ जाती है, जुबान पे लग जाता है Pause
जब  User पूछता है "What Was the Root Cause ??"

Issue  किसी  भी Team  का हो,  किसी भी Environment Zone  का |
खेल है सारा Recycle ,Redeploy, ज्यादा से ज्यादा  Clone  का ||

अंत में कवि का दर्द , कविता का सार---

Support  का मूल मंत्र कहता हूँ.... सुन लो विस्तार से |

हर Issue Solve हो जाता है एक Restart  से ||
